Motivation for Working at All Nations:
My motivation to work at ANHC is because when I was a young person up until now, I have always promised I would use my education to care for my people, Native people, and working at ANHC is allowing me to fulfill that promise while living away from my tribe. I have had the opportunity to work with the Missoula community as a therapist and find it rewarding but I have found that, as a individual, I am missing an important piece to who I am and that is to feel connected to my Native community/identity. At ANHC I believe I have found that connection and look forward to providing that same sense of connection and security to all the relatives we serve. I’m just a Rez Girl reaching my goals! Aye!
Hobbies and Interests:
Some hobbies and interests are being outdoors in various capacities, being in relationships with the earth, beading, sewing, creating in various capacities, cooking, and visiting with friends and family, I love singing and dancing (but not in competition!), I enjoy a good book but as a mom audible is my best friend! I also love spending time with my immediate family that includes my partner-in-chaos (husband), Julian, and our 6 children who keep us plenty busy!
