Holistic care is very important to me, I believe in taking care of our relatives through mind, body, spirit and staying connected to our roots. I am very passionate about community and public health. I want to do my best to help our relatives reach their health goals and feel better inside and out

Cleaning and taking care of my little family, is my hobby, it helps relieve my stress and calms my nerves, clean house clean mind is my goal. I like to take walks with my husband and 2 kids, and experience how gorgeous Missoula truly is. I am interested in furthering my education and working on getting my Bachelors in Community and Public Health Sciences. Also, to make sure my husband and I, including our kids live our best lives and spend everyday happy together.
