All Nations Health Center (All Nations) is a unique and all-inclusive medical clinic that operates under the standards and values of the Indian Health Service (IHS). As an Urban Indian Organization, we have the privilege of serving Missoula and surrounding communities, providing a vital healthcare resource.
Our mission has always been to offer the highest level of care to our American Indian and Alaska Native communities, however, we welcome individuals of all backgrounds. This inclusive approach is reflected in our name—All Nations Health Center.

The medical clinic is open
We offer primary care services which include but is not limited to annual wellness exams, Acute/chronic care, family planning, diabetes management, sports physicals, and immunizations.
We offer limited medical procedures including suturing, wound care, biopsy and lesion removal.
Our laboratory services include fasting and screening labs, POC testing, and STD/HIV testing.
