Attention Relatives (18 YEARS or OLDER) stop by our Administration Office at 1515 S. Russell Street to pick up a Splash Pass for your kiddos on Monday July 13 @ 9am (during the week ANHC will be giving out Splash Passes)!

.Eligibility Requirement
*Applicants must be enrolled members of, or registered relatives of, an American Indian or Alaska Native tribe, or be first- or second-degree descendants of an enrolled tribal member.
*Registration with All Nations Health Center (ANHC), where applicable, must be current and up to date at the time of application.
*Please also note that adults cannot pick-up swim passes for other adults.
