The Community Support Request is only reviewed and approved by All Nations Board of Directors once a month, which occurs on the 3rd Thursday of every month. This can take 1-2 months or longer depending on the Board of Directors’ decision process (there is no Board of Directors meeting in August).
In the meantime, All Nations Health Center staff may be able to assist you in finding other resources. Please be sure to schedule an appointment with an All Nations Community Health Worker for support.

Unfortunately, we do not have an emergency process for funding at this time and it will all be based on the Board of Directors’ approvals during their meetings.
If you are filling out the Community Support Request by hand, please ensure the form is complete and legible or we cannot guarantee your request will be reviewed.
Funds are available until the Community Fund is exhausted.
